I am a new business owner in the western New York area, opening shop in 2025. Don't let that dissuade you from working with me though. I am a licensed architect in NYS (license #042055), and have worked in the architectural design field for almost 20yrs. During that time, I have provided competent and well design buildings for a number of clients, and have inspected millions (yes, millions) of square feet of residential, commercial, healthcare, educational, higher educational, governmental and correctional buildings. I have partnered with a number of satisfied clients to identify major and minor deficiencies within their buildings and provided insight on repairs to help them achieve their goals. I believe I have the necessary knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your goals.
