We provide Buyer and Seller Property Condition Assessments (BPCA and SPCA, respectively). In the industry, these are as known as pre-listing inspections and home inspections. BPCA's and SPCA's both involve a visual assessment of a property's condition, conducted by a qualified inspector, to identify potential issues and defects in the major systems and components of a building. BPCA's are typically performed for buyers to better inform decision making. SPCA's are usually conducted prior to placing a home on the market, and are to address potential issues proactively. This allows sellers to fix problems before buyers discover them, accurately pricing the home and building buyer confidence.
Inspections involve visual assessment of the structural integrity of the building, including walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, and the overall structure.
Inspectors evaluate the condition of the roof, foundation, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC, and drainage systems
Home inspectors assess major appliances like the oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
Inspectors assess fire safety features, such as smoke detectors and potential fire hazards.
